Justice Foundation is a Legal Aid NGO. We began our journey in 2018 and have since been dedicated to providing legal assistance to underprivileged and exploited individuals. Our primary focus is on legal aid, and we also extend our support to various social causes.

Justice Foundation believes : Justice can neither be denied nor be delayed to anyone. With a network of over 500 advocates and politicians, including some well-known figures, the Justice Foundation aims to ensure justice for all.

 Justice Foundation works on all types of legal issues, including - 

• Criminal Defence: We provide legal support for those who are wrongly accused or facing false criminal charges.
• Civil Rights Advocacy: We Support individuals in matters related to human rights, social justice and equality.
•  Free Legal Aid: We offer free legal services to those in need.
•  Legal Consultancy: We provide free legal consultations for underprivileged individuals.

In the past six years, Justice Foundation has helped over 1000 individuals. While currently based in Delhi NCR, We are now planning to expand our reach across India, advocating for constitutional rights and equality.

We welcome public donations and volunteer involvements , allowing individuals to contribute their skills or financial support.

• Being the change

Justice Foundation believes in being the much-needed change. India has a solid legal system in place, and at every turn in history, has strived to bring about equitable justice. The Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 is a case in point. However, unfortunately, the same legal system is almost defunct. Therefore, it is up to the people to raise their voices and stand for change. Justice Foundation aims to be that change and bring about a difference.

Justice Foundation respects the Indian community and above all, the rights of those living in the community. By striving for the betterment of those whose legal rights, unfortunately, get swept under the rug, Justice Foundation aims to build a just community where everyone is ensured equitable access to justice.

• Empowerment

Justice Foundation believes in the idea of empowering the people of India. By spreading legal awareness and education, engaging in grass-roots activism and advocacy, and striving for systemic reform, Justice Foundation aims to empower the Indian community.

• Improvement

Justice Foundation believes in the idea that one is always a learner. Therefore, it seeks to improve and evolve with the changing times and the needs of the Indian people. By improving and adapting, it also seeks to expand and reach the common person in the streets.
